OnMay21, 2021 National Science and Technology Activity Week and the launch ceremony of Binhu District 21st Science Popularization Publicity Week was held in the central square of Xinan Mansion Commercial Street. District four sets of groups in charge of leadership, the district of the national scientific quality work leading group member units, science demonstration family, science demonstration community, science education base, science and technology stars, community residents representatives nearly 500 people participated in the activity.

At the launch ceremony, Zhou Zheng, founder and CEO of Ninecosmos Science And Technology, won the title of "2021 Binhu District Technology Star" and accepted the award from the leaders of the district.

Zhou Zheng is a senior engineer in the Department of Earth System Science of Tsinghua University. He has participated in the organization and application of a number of national key research and development projects, published 15 papers, 15 software works and 4 authorized patents. In June 2018, he founded Wuxi Jiufang Technology Co., LTD and served as the general manager. Responsible for the daily operation, team management and strategic planning of the company, has won the "2021 Wuxi Binhu District Science and Technology Star", "2020 Binhu Light High-level Leading Talent", "Advanced Individual of Science and Technology Innovation" and other titles. Led the company to win the first prize of the First China Meteorological Modernization Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in 2021, the first prize of the 2020 "5G" Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Competition, the first prize of the Fourth "Nengda Cup" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition of China Nantong Development Zone in 2021, the second prize of the second Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and the first International Competition, and the 2019 Wuxi Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Big The second prize of the competition, the first prize of 2019 China Smart Ocean High-end Forum, the first prize of China Digital Expo New Technology, the second prize of CCF Technology Entrepreneurship Show, and the Annual Innovation Award of the Fifth South Jiangsu Global Maker Competition. He also led the company to join China Meteorological Service Association, China Ocean Information Industry Development Alliance, China Port Association and other organizations, and reached strategic cooperation with Baidu, Huawei, Inspur, PICC and other groups.

On the occasion of celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, it is of great historical and practical significance to hold the National Science and Technology Week and the 21st Science Popularization Week of Binhu District.
